The
Firelands Coastal Tributaries Watershed Program is looking for
energetic citizens, who want healthy creeks and streams, to
serve our community as stream monitors.
Duties include taking grab samples, stream depth, and
perform some basic chemistry in the Old Woman Creek and
Pipe Creek Watersheds once a month. Training provided!!
Need to provide own transportation. |

| Summary: |
Implement and shape the volunteer stream monitoring program. |
| Responsibilities: |
Perform
stream monitoring and other activities when scheduled, according
to established written protocols |

Coordinate
with fellow team members to schedule and perform monitoring
activities |
| Follow
inventory procedure for borrowing field kits |
| Use field
kits and equipment properly while in the field |
| Deliver
data sheets to the Team Leader in a timely fashion |
| Deliver
grab samples to lab in a timely fashion |
| Report
low supplies and missing or damaged equipment to the Team Leader |
| Attend
required training sessions |
